The homepage is the daily briefing: the Big Story we're tracking, the hottest seat in the sport, the live leaderboard, and what fans are saying about it. It updates all day as the news does.

The full ranking, filterable by conference and searchable by name. Scores above 62 are HOT; above 85 it's win-or-be-fired; 93 and up means a change is actively unfolding. Every score change is proposed from the news and approved by a human before it publishes.

Each coach gets a page with his current score and 24-hour move, record, buyout, the plain-English read on his situation, a weekly fan approval vote, and every take fans have posted about him.

Rooms open an hour before kickoff for the games that matter most to a coach's future and stay live through the final whistle. Afterward they're archived so the reactions are on the record.

Pick your fanbase and step into the ring against The Headset, a faceless stand-in for the sideline wearing your colors. He slips punches, swings in flurries, and counters when you get blocked; three knockdowns is a TKO. Rooms only unlock when a seat is HOT or worse, so the fanbases that can rage are the ones with a reason to.
