Acceptance and eligibility
By using Coaching Buzz you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Editorial content
Hot Seat Scores, temperatures, Media Buzz, headlines, and analysis are editorial opinions published for entertainment purposes. They are not statements of fact about any person's employment status or performance. Coaching Buzz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA, any university, athletic conference, or any coach. Buyout and contract figures are sourced estimates unless officially disclosed. Nothing on this site is gambling or betting advice.
Trademarks
Team names, logos, and marks are trademarks of their respective institutions. They are used on Coaching Buzz solely for identification and news reporting purposes. No endorsement is implied.
Your account and conduct
You are responsible for your account and everything posted from it. Follow the Community Guidelines: no harassment, hate speech, doxxing, impersonation, spam, or illegal content. No automated scraping or fake accounts (including referral farming). We may moderate or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.
User content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Coaching Buzz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on the service. We may remove content at our discretion. If you delete your account, your posts are anonymized rather than removed, to preserve conversations.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on Coaching Buzz infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to contact@coachingbuzz.us with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) the URL of the allegedly infringing material, (3) your contact information, (4) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. We review notices promptly, remove infringing material, and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Games and rewards
Pick'em, XP, badges, tokens, and referral rewards are free-to-play status features with no cash value. We may adjust rules, scoring, or rewards to keep games fair, and revoke rewards obtained through fraud.
Third-party content
News headlines link to and remain the property of their original publishers. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coaching Buzz and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use the service (currently zero).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.
